Hi guys,
Newbie to DSL - I have a wireless usb keyboard and mouse (uses one usb plug). It's the Micro$oft Wireless Optical Desktop 1000 set.
When I boot into DSL (version 3.0.1 running from cd), after running dsl xsetup and selecting uk keyboard, usb mouse, etc.. it then works (without running this, the keyboard works but the mouse doesn't).

However - everytime I move the mouse over the desktop it automatically brings up the menu to change workspace.
If I open control panel and move the mouse within it - it seems to auto-open whatever the mouse touches first.
Is this a quirk of DSL or some aversion to my keyboard and mouse? It is really irritating.

I think this keyboard and mouse worked on Mandrake (have dabbled in Linux several times but normally get stuck, can't find a way round my problem, and end up back on Window$) although I can't remember 100%.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.

-Ben-
