Hi,

I have done a remaster of DSL as a school test, removing most graphical tools, firefox among them.
Now when the CD boots, right after the message about unionfs, I get a bunch of messages like
touch fie...
chown ...
referring to firefox not found in /usr/bin (obviously there's no firefox anymore).
Then the boot follows with mydsl functions.
I'd like to know which init script calls up to firefox to clean up the code and get rid of this messages.

Ciao

Monica

There was a pretty recent thread about that...
Check out /etc/init.d/mkunion
