There's multiple instances of the Tor extension that I've been maintaining in mydsl, and neither of them is the most recent submission I sent in. The one in System was submitted by Blurg, and it's more than 2 years old. I don't think the one that's in System even works with this version of DSL it's so old. The one in the Net category is 8 months old which is a little better, I mean at least that one works, but I sent in an updated version over 3 months ago that never made its way into Testing, with nobody even mentioning to me why.

Please tarball your extension together with its md5sum and info file and upload it somewhere free, eg megaupload.com, andpost the link here so we can download it.

Actually it's best to copy and paste the md5sum into your post when you post the link.

I donlt know but there may (?) have been a possible issue with Robert & John's spam filter at one time. I seem to get best results putting the name and extension of the extension in the email subject title eg tor.dsl and nothing else.

The extensions email address get hundreds of spam emails, each, of course, with an attachment. A spam filter was recently implemented,

Extensions are being posted as seen by the January and February posts.

Yours is the first complaint that I am aware of.

It will help it you have dsl in the subject line.

If you are the owner of an extension that you wish removed send an email to that effect as well.

If you wish your extension to be moved to an other repository area, systen, net, apps, then send an email for that as well.

It will be best for the community if we maintain a single source of all extensions as already provided.

Maintainence of the extension repository is only possible when feedback from the user community occurs.

We have provided forum topic for just such purpose as well as direct email.

Cool. Thanks for the replies. I'll just redo it since there's a new version out now anyway. Will I still need to send in an email asking for the incompatible on in System to be removed?
