note: I'm not sure which version of dsl you're using. Before upgrading to 3.2, I could no longer access UCI's through the mydsl panel, and had to use  a direct link: http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/damnsmall/mydsl/uci/

Can you reproduce when booting from cdrom with base norestore options?

Have you upgraded recently? From what version to what version?

FWIW, I got the same errors in both sections I tried (UCI and net) which is why I thought it might be an issue related to the ibiblio mirror.
