I stumbled onto this site by accident only to find that DSL is
exactly what my old dell p60 needed. With windows it was
always overheating, crashing and taking up to 5 minutes to
load a single web page. But thank god for linux, otherwise,
we wouldn't be here.
I was amazed how quickly the setup
and hd install went and how DSL is extremely fast to boot and
doesn't bog down my dinosaur hardware, without compromising
features or quality. I'm happy to have the privelage to use
DSL for free and I'd gladly buy the cd to help support it. DSL
is the best thing that happened to this dust relic. I'm using
this machine more than my debian rig now, heh. Keep up the good
work.
