Dsl 0.9.0/1 With Firefox...embedded....really 2004 is THE year of DSL and DSL is near becoming THE Live-CD Distro...and,why not? THE Linux Distro!!! I'm very happy since I changed windows for linux last year and since I changed other Linux distros for DSL (since 0,59 ) Now is my officcial O.S And I'm very proud of my humble contributions to DSL
What for 2005? Perhaps UMSDOS/DSL for booting on any PC with or without working O.S? Or perhaps....a tiny file which can be loaded into a Hand-Helc PC with say....hmmm Windows CE 2.0 ??? This sounds nice isn't it?

most handheld pcs don't use x86 processors, meaning dsl will almost certainly not run.

Linux is already being used on the Ipaq line of hand helds, and many others, and DSL could actully be loaded on them as well, but not without a lot of work. The kernel would have to be recompiled for the proccesser and all the packages, then striped down even further that it already is, because of the lack of ram in most hand helds. I don't think this is the direction that the DSL developers is heading, but who knows what the future holds for DSL.

depends what proccessor, many distros (eg:debian) have support for many types of processors. dsl (afaik) supports only x86
