I was trying to install the flash player, but this time on a HD installed DSL distro, thing is.. on cd it worked nice, but here ... it hanged, and I had to reset (notice im emulating with VIRTUAL PC under winxp sp2)... when I tried to boot up, got tons of errors, something like the z server (dont remember) was corrupted.. authentication file and something else, quite weird..

now I reinstalled it and im not going to try again with that installer but i need flash player among with other stuff installed like amsn..

It would help a lot if you...
1) Post the specific error message(s) rather than just say "a ton of errors, something like...".  Error messages are written to hopefully help in finding the cause of the error.
2) Post specifically what you are trying.  How are you attempting to install...from the Flash player installer, from the DSL "get flash" menu item, or other? To be honest your original post is very vague.
3) Refrain from throwing abuse at the community.  Everyone here is here voluntarily, because we want to help each other out.  We are not hired or required to serve you.  If we see a post to which we feel we can add something useful, we generally do so.
