Is everyone here familiar with Metropipe and their Portable Virtual Machine ( http://www.metropipe.net/ProductsPVPM.shtml )?  It seems to be a 126 MB package of dsl that will boot under windows or linux via qemu on a thumbdrive.  I searched the forums and did not see anything on this company.

While I think what they are doing is cool, I wish they would give DSL some more credit on their website.

I downloaded it last night and put it on my 256 meg thumbdrive, It's very easy to install just unzip the files to the thumb drive and double click the right batch file. It is very slow though, and Im running on a 2.8 ghz celeron, 256 megs of ram. I havent gotten the normal thumbdrive dsl working yet so I wouldnt be able to give a comparison.

Um look again...perhaps your version of Windows removed the .bat extension...its there!
