Look .. in many other distros the site provide areas where progarmmers may add their on work on the distro.. Unfortunatelly here DSL  can not provide this feature (as is) because of its defined space (50> mb). But you can allow programmers to submit code that could be used in the new versions.. and just give credits to them.. This is what i mean programmers area.. And something last but not least.. in that area you could provide sources and manualls on how to write DSL applications..
