I just started using the embedded 1.5 version on windows XP.

Don't know how I did it but I managed to get one the applications windows to the point I could not see the titlebar area (The top part of the window was offscreen).

Could not move it around the screen because I had nothing to grab  onto to move the window to another location. Are there other ways to move a window other than the mouse?

Hold the Alt key and dragg anywhere inside the window to move it, hold Alt and drag with right mouse to resize it.
This might not work in embedded, if Qemu uses alt+drag for another purpose.

I can't get my windows to move :(

I tried doing Alt+drag, the move cursor comes up, but the window stays still

I'm using DSL 1.5 Live CD

I'm not sure what would cause that.

Another option is to make a hotkey combination.  Open up ~/.fluxbox/keys and add a line something like this:
Mod1 F10 :Maximize
Then restart or reconfigure fluxbox.
Pressing Alt+F10 (or whatever combo you use) will maximize the window so you can grab the edges to resize/move it

In DSL, you can also grab the bottom center of the window and drag the whole box  down. The mouse doesn't indicate this on roll over, but if you position the mouse on that bottom edge of the window and hold down the left mouse key the cursor will turn into crossed arrows and then you can drag the window around.
