0. I am on a Win XP Pro [Version 5.1.2600]
1. I ran dsl-windows.bat
2. tried to edit the .xinitrc to comment dillo as explained in the FAQ - won't work 
3. Figured out it was read-only. May be beaver should give some more obvious indication about it?
4. started a terminal & typed sudo su
5. started beaver & went on to edit .xinitrc ; comment & save
6. select system/reboot from the popup menu
7.after
ata0 master: QEMU...
ata0 slave: QEMU...
ata1 master: QEMU...
ata1 slave: QEMU...
Booting from Hard Disk...
it hangs!
P.S. I'd like to have the (w-like) double-click style as an (easy to change) option
