Thanks for DSL. Its the first Linux OS I have successfully manage to install and use, so I am definately a nOOb! So far Im really impressed with it.
I have it frugal-installed on a old Toshiba Satpro 400 laptop which is (i think!) a P75 and has a (whopping!) 24mb memory.
I downloaded and installed the VNC server software but this seems to prevent a successful boot-up. (get loads of errors)
Im using SSH successfully but Id like a VNC-like way of remotely admining the machine that will run with not much ram and a slow cpu. Does any1 know of one?
