Hi
i tried dsl on 3 pc's now and on all i get a verry bad "resolution / color depth (spelling?)
if i run Xvesa -listmodes i get this message :

dont know.. maybe i am wrong but i think the problem is that only 1 meg of video memory is found. (found 1024kb)
all my video cards have at least 8 meg (the other 2 even 64) why isnt that found ?
on the same pc i run debian and knoppix with 1280*1024*24 without no problems also in "vesa mode".
i tried the framebuffer too but same result.
does anybody has an idea ?
