When i plugin my pcmcia network card at boot time, my touchpad mouse could not be aquired, but when i boot without the card, the mouse is regognized very fine, after the start of fluxbox, i can plugin my network card and both devices are working ?

can anyone tell me a solution for this ?

Probably an irq conflict.
Check with

dmesg | grep -i irq

May be possible to re-assign irq in BIOS

I have now reserved a port for ps/2 and plugged the network card in a different pcmcia slot and it works perfectly...
