There is a line which reads something like 'session.screen0.slit.OnTop'. I'm not sure if this will allow to slit to be over the toolbar or not. Then again, I'm not sure if I actually understand the question.
Speaking of questions, since I already asked one, how can one configure the slit? I'm familiar with the file to add dockapps, but I'm more concerned with configuring the actual appearance of the slit. I haven't noticed anything useful in the /.fluxbox directory...
