Hi!
I installed DSL linux on harddisk,then i installed some application as per our requirment & i modofied flux box also.So now i want to rewrite that harddisk iamge with what i modified into bootable CD,How i can do this,pls let me know the complete procedure

There might be a way to do that but it might be easier just to remaster the iso files with the changes you want. This procedure with open up the Knoppix file and make changes:

Also if you don't have to do drastic changes a regular remaster using mkmydsl might work and there is a page covering it in the wiki.
