I just got a new 32 mb Trident Blade video card, and after physically installing the card in an open pci slot in the computer, I booted up Damn Small Linux, and in no time I was up and running, with 1024x768 resolution at 32 bpp. DSL provides the driver. Now, I have to reboot, into Windows, and get it installed there. After that, I'll move on the Redhat Linux 9, and get it going there too. DSL is the easiest and quickest, when one wants to see if a new card will work.
