Hi all.  Booting dsl v 0.9.0 on a packard bell machine (256ram, 1ghz coppermine celeron cpu).  Fine except for the display, which is on nasty minimal colour pixellated graphics.  Any idea for a cure??

I don't know anything about PB machines, however, have you tried any of the frame buffer options?

fb1024x768

or similar at boot?
or:

vga=normal

or:

xsetup

You may have to try some of the different options to get what you want.
