As Rogue Streak said, the background image is probably the only thing that would make a noticeable difference, although if you were using a more recent version of Fluxbox there may be other things that affect cpu and ram usage, such as if you were using transparency, shaped windows, and pixmaps. I suppose using certain fonts could make a difference as well, though i couldn't say if it would be noticeable.
