I have dl the iso file and burned it to a cd and it boots up all right, but the colors are all screwed up. Fx the background color for this forum is neon green. I cant seem to find any controls that has to do with the monitor. Allso its strange beacuse the startup picture looks allright.

PS: Im a noob and not very good with commands.

It's probably your xsetup.  I've experienced this on a few computers.

Quit your windowmanager.  Type in "xsetup.sh" and play around with the settings.  I fixed my colors through what was basically trial and error, but I ended up using the xvesa server with a higher color depth.

See what works for you.
