I just installed DSL 2.2b to my hard drive.

Before I did that, I was booting straight off the cd and DSL saw the mouse, but since I installed it to the HD, it doesn't see my PS/2 mouse anymore.

Can someone point me me in the right direction to fix this.  I don't understand why it saw it when booting to CD, but not since I installed it to the HD..   I did a frugal install.

Thanks.

I don't remember for sure (I don't have DSL handy right here), but maybe this will get you going in the right direction... right click on the desktop and find  Xsetup or setupX or configure X or something like that. A terminal will open that looks similar to the one you used the first time you booted DSL up. Go through the setup for X again and pick the PS2 mouse option.

I ended up getting this working by pressing CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE to shutdown xwindows, then it brings you to the command line and I did the xsetup.sh

I made sure I picked PS/2 not USB...   it worked great.

Yeah, that's right. Sorry about my post. How are you going to right click without a mouse. Anyway, you accomplished the same thing.
