I don't know any specifics about changing the mac address, but if it's something you can do from the command line you can probably add those commands to /opt/bootlocal.sh, or back up any files that you changed.
  For changing your resolution and refresh rate, you'd modify /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.  You can find lots of info on the web about configuring XFree.  There is also a mydsl package for xf86config, which is a script that will help you create a new config file by selecting choices from lists of hardware and other settings..
