I'm running DSL on my desktop and laptop, both are in ram. The desktop has 1gig, the laptop has 256mb(shared) and 512 swap(a usb key). I leave both these computers on and just let the screen go to sleep and just move the mouse to wake them up.
Okay now here's what i don't get the desktop is working great it wakes up exactly as i left it. The laptop on the other hand when it sleeps and i wake it up the ram use is always growing a little. Like, i haven't used the latop for a couple of days and when i woke it up it had grown alot, normally the laptop is 34ram and 34swap, the swap stayed the same but the ram grew to 88. To fix it i just switch to jwm and back to fluxbox and it go's back to 34ram and 34swap. Any ideas how i should fix it?
I've tried reinstalling toram but still get the same problem. The laptop has no hd, so no installing suggestions please.
