I am using an old monitor (Magnavox VGA color) with my system and am having a minor problem with the applications not fitting within the space.  They are centered and everything is displaying, the top and sides are just out of view on the monitor.  I was using another monitor and did not have this problem, but the monitor had to be recycled, display not working.  It is not practical for me to buy another monitor so any suggestions on how to resize the apps would be appreciated.  As an example, when the dillo help screen displays on start up, I cannot close it because the top and bottom are off the screen and using the scroll bar does not bring them into view, just the text within the app.  The same thing with EmelFM which makes it challenging to use.  In order to use other applications I have to use ALT/Function keys to toggle to another workspace.

Hold alt+left mouse button and pull the app down with the mouse and then just click the center max screen button to adjust it to the right size.

I seem to remember that there is a dillo config file where you can set the default window size.
