Im looking to run DSL, or a variation of it (xdsl) on an xbox. I currently have debian but it keeps crashes when i do some file transfers. What im want to run is a samba file share, MySQL, PHP4, python, and torrentflux. Will dsl be able to accomodate this? Thanks for you time and effor.

X-DSL is not supported nor developed here afaik.
I think you should check out their respective sites instead.

You say that Debian crashes... what, exactly, about Debian is crashing? Is Samba crashing? Is there a runaway python process? Kernel panic? PEBKAC?
