Hi I just discovered dsl, and was pretty pleased with how smooth the installation was and the perfomance it showed. But I am pretty frustrated at mydsl. Here is the situation: Startup mydsl, select the app I want to download, select a download location, and when I try to download it says Non DSL user error. I am pretty sure I have logged as user "dsl" and dont know what this is all about. Thank you for your time reading it.

Open aterm in the same way that you started MyDSL.  It's important that you use the same method so you can be sure that the same user is opening both applications.  If you opened it from the desktop icon, open aterm from the desktop icon.  If you used the menu, open aterm from the menu.

In the aterm, type "echo $USER" and press Enter.  If it says anything other than "dsl", then you are in a bad place for installing mydsl extensions.
