I made a DSL CD the way wiki said to exactly, (I even used the CD Burner XP Pro 3, and burnt the iso image to the CD as it said) and when I set my bios to boot from CD first it just says "Remove disks or other media. Press any key to restart."

Windows isn't working at the moment, and DSL has some things I need to use. Any help would be great =\

i had this problem, so i burned the disc at a lower speed and on a cd r instead of cdrw disc. also, i had to download the syslinux(for dinosaur pcs) version of dsl as the isolinux one was not recognised on my old laptop(toshiba  from the year dot)
i know its obvious, but did you make sure to save changes on exiting the bios?
