You can find it on just about any GNU/Linux install CD for the majority of distros out there (the bigger ones, not necessarily the smaller ones, like DSL, that try to keep it <50 MB lean). But, lacking having any of them around and handy, it can also be found for download at:

You can make old computers boot off the cdrom drive even though the bios does not support it. Smart bootmanager is a program which makes this possible. It can be installed on the boot sector of a harddisk or on a floppy disk. The program is very small, so it boots up much quicker than a full kernel on a floppy disk. Smart bootmanager can be found here :)
