As an example, you could use the first partition as swap (eg hda1), the second partition for the frugal install (eg hda2) and the third partition for data (eg hda3).
In this example, create the following directories:
/mnt/hda3/mydsl [for extensions to load at boot] /mnt/hda3/mydsl/optional [for extensions to appear on the right-click menu]
You might need to use the boot code mydsl=hda3 but I think DSL will find the mydsl directory automatically.
