ETH0 is your network card.
SCSI0 will be a scsi drive or an IDE drive under SCSI emulation.

Maybe if you post up more details, such as which motherboard and chipset your using and what happens if you enter no parameters then maybe someone with similar hardware will help you out.

Just out of interest what made you think you didn't have enough RAM?
