The current registration procedure has a bug and it is not possible to register following the instructions.

There was a list of users with this problem in http://damnsmalllinux.org/wiki/index.php?title=Forum_Rules
The WikiSysOp removed it on August the 1st pointing the users to follow the instructions. After some users have contacted me on the same issue I've tried to register a new user myself and I can now confirm that the procedure doesn't work.

Just tried it and seems to be working.
Just need to follow the instructions in *** Please Note *** section.
Also, it appears that new users are posting.
But then again, I am not the one handling this area.

If you are not getting the email from the board, then perhaps your ISP thinks it is spam. Perhaps you should check your spam area.

The ***Please Note** section has 3 instructions:
1.- Send an e-mail
2.- Follow a link
3.- If the link doesn't work follow another with some parameters

1.- I sent the e-mail with a text making obvious that I'm a person
2.- I followed the first link

An error occured, not all of the required fields were sent from the validation link. Please ensure that they whole link was entered, it's possible that your email clients auto-wrapper cut the link in half. Please try again.

You are NOT logged in

The URL bar in the navigator shows that the whole 'unique code' is passed, so I try the second link.

3.- It prompts for the unique code and an e-mail address.
I enter them both and just get the same error message again. :(

As far as I have been told only the first step is required.
But then since I don't handle registrations only John could answer this for sure.
