I have situation where backup is not backing up all files on consistent basis. Below is steps I have undertaken:
I have succesfully create a bootable compact flash and have created partition for backup/restore.
I have edited filetools.lst to include directory I am wanting to backup.
If I run backup via menu command and watch the console window I see it back up my specified directory.
If I reboot, my files are restored - great so far.
If I now look in my backup partition, I see the archive file and filetools.lst - so far so good.
If I now run backup (via menu), I don't see my directory being parsed while viewing contents of console.
If I run backup again, I do see my directory being backed up.
If I run it a third time, it does not backup.
It appears to me that only every second execution of backup does the expected backup.
Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong?
Cheers
