I am a newbie to Linux but i have decided to do a hdd install of DSL, The install went without any problems but i now wish to stop the DSL information page from popping up at the start up and get something else to run instead.

Thanx..

Is there any way to change the language on the rdesktop to the English layout, I have tried the -k en-gb command but I get -  ERROR: Failed to open Keymap

Not sure if these files have been remove to keep the size down but i have cheated and copied the files from another install of rdesktop  and then created and copied the files to missing directory.

Sorry to answer my own question but it is now working fine.

I would like to find a way to restart the rdesktop or even shut down the PC when it exits. I have set it up so that it has an autologin and then loads straight to the rdesktop i only intend to use this feature on this particular PC and so it would be good if i could shut down when then rdesktop closed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
