first your mobo must be able to boot from USB device
it mean on the boot order you must have USB-ZIP ou FDD or HDD or CDROM

check to see if there's an update to support usb boot if youi don't have these option

to boot from it you must set an active partition
under windows I used Paragon Partition Manager

then write the boot image of your choice on the drive
