That's part of what the MyDSL system is for. You can add files in a number of ways, but the simplest way that's just popped up is Fordi's MyDSLMaker page, which automagically compiles all the packages you select into a custom ISO: MyDSLMaker
(I use 185MB 80mm's, but so far haven't put more than about 140MB onto one, and most of that is packages I rarely use)
