I am trying to make a new kernel. Have followed various leads on this site and others, but would like the config file that is used to build DSL 0.9.1.

I understand that this may be the config in Knoppix 3.4, which I can't seem to find.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

look at the Kernel Sources in the repository.

Have you looked in the /boot directory from the KNOPPIX CD?

Most kernel.conf files are located there
