Hi,

I have successfully downloaded the bootable cd-rom file for dsl version 1.2.1, I arranged all processes of downloading according to you guys' kind advice, as a bootable cd-rom burnt via nero express.

Unfortunately, after inserting my cd to the pc -- exactly, 2 comps, the statement below showing on my screen:-

Verifying DMI Pool Data.............
Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM:
1. HD System Type-(19)
Missing operating system

Could you please give me the solution for this long-process of my dsl trying ?     I utmostly need to get the cool experience on running dsl like you guys.

Appreciate your kind help to this dumb question.
Please help.

I think you burned the CD-R disk incorrectly. It needs to be burned as an "Image".

From within Nero, do this:

For Nero 5.x, choose File -> Burn Image from the menu
For NEro 6.x, exit the Nero Express Wizard and choose Recorder -> Burn Image from the menu
