DSL 1.1 installed on my laptop and all went well and it worked just fine. After a couple of days of testing, playing etc I tried to install gcc1.dsl but it went bad .... very bad!! DSL wass still working but all input I did shows a Segmentation Fault on the screen. I restarted the computer and now it 'hangs' on the following line INIT entering runlevel: 5 ID "1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes and the last line was repeated several times.
I check the other lines and there was just this error: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s - k scsi_hostadapter, errno=2
Is there a solution for this problem or is re-installing DSL the best way. If so, I upgrade to DSL 1.2
-------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm using a native installed xDSL V0.5 on a modified xbox => xDSL is an DSL-clone and it's tweaked for a modified xbox. xDSL is based on Damn Small Linux 2.1RC2
