The 1.0rc CD burn from download and try to boot on ME6000. It always stop while probing H/W. The same CD can boot from AMD or Intel system as I use now with no problem.  Do anyone have some trick or guide me to DSL forum discussed about Install DSL on MiniITX especially ME6000.

Have you tried any of the bootloader cheatcodes?  Perhaps ACPI needs to be disabled

Try starting with

dsl failsafe

and see if it works.

FYI, you can disable ACPI in BIOS but this does not prevent the operating system from trying to use ACPI and it may lock up.

so,

dsl noapm noapic acpi=off

may still help.

Thanks for suggestion. I try with failsafe  and dsl no.... as recommendation the result almost the same  with cloop error report as below example. The good sign for me that  it recognise my CPU  once only. The report are described as follow:
Creating directories and symlinks on ramdisk...cloop: error -3 uncompressing block 152 65536/65534/31396/0 2359410-2390806

However, while waiting for reply , my old P166 64M boot with HD installed on AMD 2000+XP system and Notebook Cel400 256M are successfully installed and boot without problem.
But while booting with LiveCD and HD installed from  others system it stop with Kernel panic

Example from Booting by LiveCD
It reported:Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Kernel panic: No init found. Trypassing init=option to kernel. with flashing of Cap Scroll lock lamps.
