errm I burned the iso to a cd and it works on my new computer but on my old one itljust ignore it and go straight to win95 how do i boot it? thx

Your old one may not support booting from CD.  If this is the case you can download the boot floppy.

If your machine does support CD booting, you may need to change the boot sequence in BIOS, making sure that cdrom is tried before hard disk.
