I'm using DSL to monitor network traffic (old PC set up nearby so I can check on it regularly) and I'd like to disable the screen time-out that occurs. I've tried to figure out a way to do it - searched the FAQ, forum, documentation, etc, but to no avail. Could someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks!

You could try to add

-s 0

as an option to Xvesa in ~/.xserverrc.

This works for me...

Add "xset s off s noblank" to your .xinitrc under /home/damnsmall.
Also, "xset m 30/10 4" controls mouse accel/speed and threshold.
