How do I get root/set the root password?

My bad...I just RTFMed.
sudo su...
Seems there ought to be a way to set a password for root, though, so that not anyone can own the box.
Anyone?

You must be installing an old version. As the newer ones prompt for a password for user root and user damnsmall. But anyway, once you have done sudo su then type passwd
You should be prompted to put in the new password for root.
