alright.. DSL is installed on HDD in no time. great.
Now I need to make it unstand the old ne2000
modprobe ne io=0x300 works fine, but how to get it to remember it on next boot.
I entered the ip number & gateway (nano interfaces)
but nothing happens unless I manually IFCONFIG
By default I like to start DSL without GUI, and start playing
a mp3 playlist with SOX (I need the compand function).
also, how to enable SOX to play through my
VT82 AC97 chip
Knoppix 3.3 plays unde rthe GUI but
mpg321 complains about libao (like DSL)
also, by default (init.d) .. how to start SSHD ?
also, on start-up how to DDCLIENT?
also, on start-up how to WINVNC -connect
(I need to initiate the connection from behind
the dumb router.)
