There are quite a bit of behind the scenes changes with 2.1. With v2.0 of dsl, I wrote C++ code to make single or double click configurable via xtdeskrc, ClickInterval. I did this with my icontool in mind. But while writing the icontool and desiring a draggable via double click, I came to find out that dragging had changed considerably in xtdesk. So, in 2.1 I revisited the C++ code and wrote a function to enable dragging to be the default when ClickInterval drives double clicking. Just another reason to switch to 2.1.
