Xtdesk and fluxbox are entirely unrelated. I've been looking through the very tiny amount of documentation, and can't find anything about this, so i assume that it is something that requires editing the xtdesk source code to change. Regardless of whether or not this can be done with config files, it's a whole world different than "shades of M$"...at least you can recompile the application to make it do what you want.
