hi,

i downloaded and installed cups.dsl
then i started configuring it, i added my epson stylus printer
and printed a test page, all went well...

but then when i attempted to print a document throught flywriter and abiword my printer does not print.

i checked the jobs on cups and theres no print jobs in active

am i missing something in my configuration?

Seems ok for now,

I replace the print command of frywriter and abbiword with lp instead of the default lpr

then it works...

i can now print my documents...

I had the same Problem. The Cups service has to be started first.
