hi, i am ubuntu 5.04 user on my laptop
i want to use dsl for its small size.
but, i want to know some points about using it according to some applications that i have to use at dsl.
1. openoffice writer: due to my job and i have to write my thesis both languages - turkish and arabic.
2. mplayer: to use for my vids, mp3s and audio cds.
3. keyboad layouts: for use at the editors and ooo in turkish and arabic languages.
all other things i do not care.
the question is: will these applications run on this dsl , or no?
can i swich the keyboard layout often from the turkish to arabic or from arabic to turkish to write my thesis or no? (there is in the forum some points according to that there is some problems about that...)
