Note: once you know how to set locale of DSL to vi_VN.UTF-8(to read Vietnamese) let me know too :)

DSL is Debian based. You may try xfonts-intl-asian. It contains Vietnamese fonts.
For xvnkb, you can download .deb from their website.
For fonts adding, this thread may help you.
