but sometimes i use emelfm..... depends on what i need to do.

I use Total commander in windows - emelfm in linux. I did think it looked a bit old, and loaded up the tuxcmd, but I figured out it is just eye-candy - loading up gtk2 as well as tux when emelfm is already there.

I used to use Norton Commander in Dos - I couldn't go to Explorer or Konquerer now.. I move a lot of files around (html - moving images and text from one directory to another) So fast in the two pane system.  It is one of the first things I add to peoples computers if I am working on it.
