Or just go to the Net menu, and "install Flash", then backup /opt/.firefox_plugins
It's good to make this a single file backup, so you can have flash by itself as a package for later restoration. There's something about the licensing that doesn't allow us to post it in the mydsl repository - you have to download it yourself, but you're quite free to make a backup of it for later use.
